By accessing and using ChatMKT ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChatMKT is an AI-powered marketing platform that enables users to create, manage, and distribute marketing content across multiple social media platforms. The Service is currently in development and not yet available for public use.

3. User Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable law

Our Content: All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, and content, remain our property or our licensors' property.

12. Termination

  • Immediately for serious violations

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Sweden. For EU residents, you may also seek resolution through your local consumer protection authority.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
